Kilgore’s Hendrickson drives in 2 runs in Southern Arkansas Tech doubleheader loss

PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KLTV) - Former Kilgore Bulldog Joseph Hendrickson drove in two runs as Southern Arkansas Tech was swept in a doubleheader by Southeast Arkansas College on Thursday.

Southern Arkansas Tech lost the first game 6-4 and the second 9-8.

In the first game, Hendrickson started in right field and batted cleanup. He went 3-for-4 with an RBI. In the second game, Hendrickson went 2-for-5 with an RBI and scored one run. Hughes Springs’ Chris Collins pitched 3 1/3 innings, allowing no runs or hits while striking out two and walking three.

Southern Arkansas Tech (14-27, 12-14) finishes the regular season at home with a doubleheader against Southeast Arkansas College on Saturday.
