E. Texas man charged in 2012 murder in Anderson Co.

From the Smith County Sheriff's Department:
TYLER, TX - Anthony Joseph Miller, age 69 of Smith County, was charged by the Smith County Sheriff's Office with murder in connection with the death of Adam Palacios, whose body was found in a field in Anderson County in September 2012.
Sheriff's Office detectives and other officers arrested Miller on June 3 after new information was gathered regarding Palacios' death, which occurred on County Road 35 in Tyler.
Palacio's family has been notified of the arrest, but no other information is being release pending the ongoing investigation, which is expected to yield more information that could lead to additional charges.
