WATCH: Titus County Judge talks about recent surge in COVID-19 cases

TITUS COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) -Titus County Judge Brian Lee spoke with KLTV’s Blake Holland on East Texas Now about a sudden surge in cases of COVID-19.

Judge Lee said the recent surge is an industrial-related problem.

“So we’re not going to blame it on any one particular plant,” Lee said. “We’re going to say this is a Titus County problem, and it is industry related.”
