Herderson Police See An Increase In Auto Burglaries

Henderson Police say they are seeing an increase in car burglaries in the last few weeks. Police say the burglars are hitting cars in places like convenience stores and shopping mall parking lots. One victim says she can't believe her car was burglarized, but she did not have much in it.

"The only thing that had been in my car that day was just a little bag from the CVS drug store. That was it, and it had some bubble blowers in it so, I was just really shocked that someone would break into a car for a CVS bag," said Crystal Touchstone.

Police say to make sure you take your valuables with you whenever you leave your car. So far, no arrests have been made in connection to these burglaries.
