In the Kitchen: Dudley's Cajun Cafe's Taco Soup

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes (or Rotel)
2 Cans Black Beans (Un-drained)
2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (Un-drained)
2 Cans Fiesta Corn (Un-drained)
1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
Brown ground beef and saute onions, drain. Add beans and corn and 1 to 2 cans of water. Stir well. Add taco until all is heated thoroughly. Top with chips, shredded cheese and sour cream
Freezes well.
