Officials from Azleway Boys' Ranch in Chapel Hill say they do not believe the teens who ran away from their facility committed suicide. Wednesday, officials ruled the pair killed themselves. Chris Hill, 17, and Harry Rutledge, 15, were run over by a train in Hawkins a week go.
Today Azleway issued a statement seemingly contradicting the autopsy findings. Azleway's C.E.O. Bill Partridge issued the following statement: "I find it hard to believe that these two boys committed suicide. We are hoping for resolution, not just personally, but more so for the families and for those who cared for the boys."
Hill and Rutledge ran away from Azleway September 16th. Investigators say the boys lived behind Hawkins High School for at least three days before they committed suicide.
