GLADEWATER, TX (KLTV) - A Gladewater city councilwoman captured a fun video of personnel from the town's fire and police departments doing "The Wobble" at Saturday's Community Juneteenth Family Fun Day.
Brandy Flanagan, a Gladewater City Council member, said that the family-friendly event at Bumblebee Park was put on by the town's Unity Committee.
"It was pretty cool," Flanagan said. "We had people of all ethnicities at the Family Fun Day."
Flanagan said they had music playing during the event, and when the music to "The Wobble" came on, a group of Gladewater firefighters and off-duty police dispatchers got up and started dancing to the music. She videoed it and posted it on her Facebook page.
Flanagan said they also had a small parade, games, and hamburgers and hot dogs. About 100 people attended the event, including the mayor, city council members, and community leaders.
