TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler police are searching for the suspect or suspects allegedly involved a Wednesday shooting at a Tyler park.

Police say three people were injured in the shooting, which started around 6 p.m. Wednesday at Fun Forest Park in the 2000 block of Forest Avenue.

"We have officers at the hospital, we have multiple scenes, at the hospital, here at Fun Forest, and at a residence," Tyler Police Public Information Officer Don Martin said.

What started out as a "shots fired" call, unraveled into investigations at multiple crime scenes.

Tyler police first arrived at the Fun Forest Park, where witnesses informed officers that several cars had been shot at.

"We realized that the victims had already left that had been shot at the park," Martin said.

That's when police found two of the victims, just a few miles down the road, in the 2300 block of Breckenridge in Tyler.

The vehicle involved in the shooting was parked at a home, and it was found with several bullet holes in the windows.

"We have two cars that have been shot up," Martin said.

Martin says two males were shot, and one female was injured from broken glass caused by the gunfire.

The three victims are in the hospital with minor injuries.
