Tyler police investigating recorded fight at college apartment complex

(KLTV) - The Tyler Police Department responded to an overnight fight involving multiple people at a college apartment complex.

According to Don Martin, Public Information Officer with the Tyler Police Department, officers responded to a disturbance call at The Reserve apartment complex near The University of Texas at Tyler.

Upon arrival, all people believed to be involved with the incident scattered. No victims stayed to talk to police.

Police say they have a copy of a video posted to Twitter showing the fight but have not identified anyone in the video. In the video, Don Martin says it appears as though a car "hit a few people."

Several videos of the incident were posted on Twitter. Wednesday morning, one of the most circulated videos was removed from the poster's Twitter feed.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
