Man convicted in 2015 Sulphur Springs murder

SULPHUR SPRINGS, TX (KLTV) - A Greenville man has been convicted of a 2015 Sulphur Springs murder.
Tilton Mapps, 20, was convicted Wednesday morning in the 8th Judicial Court of Hopkins County. Mapps was apprehended in June last year in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was arrested after a shooting at Pacific Park that left Jonathan Young, 26, of Sulphur Springs dead.
Sentencing is underway. This is a developing story.
