Tyler taxi company introduces alternative fuel vehicles and fueling station

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - On Wednesday, Tyler will be introduced to its first public transportation powered by compressed natural gas.
The Accessible Taxi Cab Company of Tyler is presenting its fleet of taxis powered by compressed natural gas (CNG). The company will also unveil Tyler's first public access alternative fuel station.
The company believes that compressed natural gas and liquid petroleum gas are the future of American energy. They are striving to introduce East Texas to alternative fuel sources and to make these options available in East Texas.
The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the downtown square in Tyler.
