3 East Texans charged with injuring three-week-old child

VAN ZANDT COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - Three East Texans are facing felony charges of causing serious bodily injury to a three-week-old child.
Child Protective Services confirms 19-year-old Kayla Fountain and 21-year-old Sean Alsip are the parents of a child who suffered 23 23 fractures to his ribcage, fractured arms and femur and three bilateral skull fractures.
LeJuana Alsip,40, is also charged with causing serious bodily harm to the child.
Van Zandt County authorities said each of those suspects has a bond set at $500,000.
CPS confirms the child is now in foster care.
