LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man was caught allegedly in some form of undress and high on PCP for the second time this year early Thursday.
According to the police report, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Moss Street in reference to a naked man, possibly high on PCP, tearing up his house.
When the officer pulled in front of the residence, a naked man, later identified as Bryan Carl Albro, 30, standing in the middle of the road, next to a woman, who appeared to be trying to calm him down, according to the report.
Albro surrendered to police, who placed him into custody.
The report states Albro had blood on both of his hands from causing damage inside his house. He admitted to smoking PCP and was arrested for public intoxication, according to the report.
Albro was arrested in January, after officers arrived at the 1,600 block of Keltys Street, to find him intoxicated and partially disrobed in the roadway.
A police report stated Albro was cursing officers and would not cooperate, when they tried to arrest him.
Officers had to use two Taser devices in an attempt to control Albro.
The report also stated the devices were not effective in subduing Albro; officers were then forced to tackle him.
