Baked Potato Bar

One large baked potato per person. Cook potato, uncovered, in oven at 450* for one hour. Cut and "fluff" potato with knife. Wrap in aluminum foil until serving (no more than two hours later)

Meats:

Black Forest ham (chopped) - 1.5 oz. per person

Butterball smoked turkey (chopped) - 1.5 oz. pp

Black Angus Roast Beef (chopped) - 1.5 oz. pp

Applewood smoked bacon bits - 1 oz. pp

Sliced grilled chicken breast - 2 oz. pp

Chili - 4 fluid oz. pp

Vegetarian Chili (substitutes meat) - 4 fluid oz. pp

Cheese:

Shredded cheddar and Monterey jack blend - 2 oz. pp

Shredded mozzarella - 2 oz. pp

Additional Toppings (2 fluid oz. each pp):

Sliced black olives

Green onions

Jalapenos

Caramelized onions

Diced tomatoes
