Teriyaki chicken skewers from Cooking Up a Storm's Grant

15 ozTeriyaki sauce

6 tablespoons Sesame Oil

ΒΌ teaspoon Minced garlic

1 lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon of sugar

4 pounds of chicken tenders

Bamboo skewers (50)

In a mixing bowl mix your teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and sugar until well blended.  Once done, place your tenders in the mixture for at least 1 hour.  Once marinated skewer your chicken on the bamboo skewers.  Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a pre heated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is done.  You could also grill the skewer if you like.  Serve with Aioli dressing for dipping and enjoy.
