TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A Smith County woman has been indicted with the asphyxiation death of her son's babysitter.
A Smith County Grand Jury indicted 43-year-old Kimberly Cargill, last week.
Smith County deputies say Cargill killed Cherry Walker to stop her from testifying in a custody hearing.
Walker's burned body was discovered on a Smith County road, just south of Tyler, off of Paluxy Road.
Cargill now faces a capital murder charge and could face the death penalty if convicted.
