Shaquiena Davis is a Multimedia Journalist for our KTRE 9 News team. She was born and raised in the state of Ohio where she earned her B.S. in Journalism at Kent State University in Summer 2020.
She is proud to be joining us here in East Texas discovering and bringing our fellow Texans impactful stories that’ll benefit the community.
She hopes that this experience will help bring her closer to our viewers. As she gets to know you, she hopes you’ll also get to know her and her capabilities as a journalist professionally.
Outside of work, Shaquiena enjoys spending time with her family, exploring different places and
singing. She believes in following her dreams and says her first step was stepping out of her
comfort zone and never giving up.
