Christian Terry. Christian is a native of Houston, Texas and was born in 1993. He comes to KLTV from KAUZ in Wichita Falls, Texas. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in broadcast.
While at KAUZ, he worked for almost two years. When he is not working, he enjoys fishing, exploring cities and towns, storm chasing, and just hanging out with friends.
Dakota Allen, 27, pleaded guilty on Sep. 12, 2019, to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and was sentenced to 235 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Jeremy D. Kernodle on March 17, 2020. Judge Kernodle also ordered forfeiture of $5,000 seized from the defendant.
The declaration states, “As Gregg County Judge, I have concerns regarding inappropriate accommodations for an influx of local COVID-19 patients, personal protective equipment shortages for emergency response personnel and the potential for the escalating spread of the disease in pandemic form.”
According to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, Harrison County Dispatch received a call of a vehicle running on Hwy 59 at the Sabine River bridge. The vehicle was said to be idling with a strap tied to the receiver hitch and the strap hanging over the side of the bridge.
According to the city, ramps are being closed due to boating hazards resulting from debris washed into the lakes by the recent rains and to reduce damage resulting from erosion of the shoreline caused by boat wakes. In addition, the lakes are closed to boat traffic from lake residents.
