Garrison advances in 42-28 win over Beckville

LONGVIEW, Texas (KTRE) - The Garrison Bulldogs have advanced to the third round of the UIL playoffs following a 42-28 win over Beckville.

Garrison got the scoring started with Brayden Davidson threw a swing pass to JD Black, who scored on a 75-yard play.

Beckville tied it up when J’Koby Williams faked a jet sweep and worked out of a trip with one hand and scored from 52 yards.

Garrison awaits the winner of Shelbyville and Cooper, who play Friday.
