Kyle Owens says West Rusk/Troup game was ‘all in the trenches’

TROUP, Texas (KLTV) - The Troup vs. West Rusk game was not one for the highlight reel, but it was still a fun game to watch, according to Kyle Owens.
“It was a defensive battle,” Owens said. “Points were at a premium. There wasn’t a lot of highlights in the first half because it was all in the trenches. The big boys were all battling it out.”
Owens gave his thoughts on the game on Red Zone OT, which is streamed on Friday nights following the Red Zone on East Texas Now.
