WATCH: Man lights newspapers on fire in New York subway, throws it at school kids, onto tracks

NEW YORK, New York (TMX) - On Monday around 5:30 p.m. a man began lighting newspapers on fire in a New York subway and throwing them at school kids and onto the subway tracks. Authorities are still looking for the man.
