City of Tyler abandons curfew policy due to state law

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Tyler Mayor Don Warren discusses the City Council’s vote to remove the 11 p.m. curfew on juveniles in accordance with a new state law. Mayor Warren says he would keep the policy if the city did not have to comply with new state regulations.
