LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - If you’ve ever wondered what goes into video game design, you can get a feel for it at the Longview Library on Saturday.

Sadicon Labs, a game development academy in Longview, will be bringing in equipment to show just what it’s all about. Sadicon has been in Longview for a few years and asked to team up with the library to answer questions and show those interested what they are all about. But this type of programming isn’t just for video games anymore.

“They will actually show some videos of real-life companies that actually use this technology, because it’s not just game development. Companies use augmented reality to design cars,” said Leah Shreves.

And other things as well. It’s at the Longview Public Library from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday for those 16 years old or older, and it’s free to attend. No sign up is necessary.
