WebXtra: Construction begins on Rose City Complex

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - On Wednesday, construction on the brand new Rose City Complex began taking shape.
The vertical building process is underway for the $28 million convention center coming to Tyler. The building is set to open to the public in October of 2022.
