TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A second suspect in the robbery of a convenience story in January has been arrested.

Jail records show Samuel Leal Garcia, 42, of Tyler, was arrested on Feb. 27. He is charged with aggravated robbery and being held on a $1 million bond.

Tyler police say three men entered the Valero at 1516 S. Vine Street early on Jan. 26. One of the suspects pointed a gun at the clerk, who turned over cash. All three then left the scene in a Nissan Armada.

Francisco Vallejo, 21, was arrested on Jan. 29 after he was identified on video.

According to an arrest affidavit, Garcia was identified through a Crime Stoppers tip.
