LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - You may have seen it, or experienced it yourself, wheels spinning and cars going nowhere on East Texas streets covered with ice and snow.
It’s happening to many people in East Texas. KLTV 7′s Jamey Boyum came across one of those scenes and shares this random act of kindness.
