East Texas (KLTV) - Here is the Weather Where You Live... We will continue to see cloudy skies through the evening hours with a few breaks in the overcast expected later tonight. Mostly Cloudy early on Friday...becoming Partly Cloudy during the afternoon hours. Cool temperatures continue! Partly Cloudy and continued cool on Saturday with a cold morning/cool afternoon. On Sunday, we are looking for more clouds to move in with a chance for some light rain and some light snow possible. Snow accumulations are expected to be .50″ or less and mainly on elevated surfaces like grassy areas and rooftops. As the chances for precipitation ends on Monday morning, a few more flurries are possible with no additional accumulations likely. Very late on Sunday night and early on Monday morning, we may have to be careful on some bridges and overpasses as temperatures on Monday morning drop just below freezing. It won’t take too long for this issue to end as temperatures warm up during morning hours and the sunshine returns. This wintry precipitation is not a given, but the chances are possible. Chilly mornings, Cool/Mild afternoons are expected through late next week with more sunshine likely. Stay tuned for more information.
