East Texas (KLTV/KTRE) - Here is a look at the weather where you live: Good morning, East Texas! We’re starting off cold once again in the middle to upper 30s this morning, but ample sunshine and some pretty breezy southerly winds will allow our highs to jump into the lower to middle 60s in the afternoon. Even more sunshine and above average temperatures stick around for the first half of the next work week as highs remain in the lower to middle 60s for Monday and Tuesday before our next cold front swings through on Wednesday and looks to bring our next shot at rain. Scattered showers and maybe an isolated thundershower will be possible throughout the day on Wednesday with clouds clearing out by late Thursday morning. Sunny skies look to return by Friday last into the first half of next weekend!
