East Texas (KLTV/KTRE) - Here is a look at the weather where you live: Good morning, East Texas! We are once again waking up to mostly cloudy skies this morning as temperatures start off cold in the middle 30s across the area. Cloud cover will begin to disperse by the afternoon, but will not be totally out of the area until later this evening. Average high temps for our Saturday will sit close to 50 degrees, with folks in eastern counties who do not see as much sun likely only warming into the upper 40s, while others in Deep East Texas and western counties could see lower 50s if they can get enough sunshine. Plenty of sunshine and warmer temperatures stick around for the first half of the next work week as highs climb into the middle 60s for Tuesday and Wednesday. Our next cold front swings through later on Wednesday and looks to bring our next shot at rain. Scattered showers and maybe an isolated thundershower stick around overnight Wednesday into early Thursday morning before skies dry out once again. Sunny skies look to return by Friday!
