City of Tyler issues permit for 7-Eleven store to be built on Van Highway

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The City of Tyler has issued a building permit for a Fort Worth-based company called Franz architects to build a 7-Eleven “service station” at 3400 Van Highway.

The new 7-Eleven store will be owned by IM & AY LLC in Frisco, and the building permit was issued on Monday.

According to the building permit, the estimated cost of construction is $968,400.
