SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Two separate wrecks had parts of the interstate shut down Wednesday morning.
Just before 6:30 a.m., state troopers responded to a call of a wreck involving a pickup truck with an overturned enclosed trailer on the eastbound side of I-20 near Lavender Road, County Road 35.
Shortly after the first wreck another wreck happened when a pickup truck coming up over a hill didn’t see the stopped traffic and struck the back of an 18-wheeler.
Officials say no one was injured in either crash.
And all lanes were reopened by 8:15 a.m.
