Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for several East Texas counties

EAST TEXAS (KLTV) - 4:20 PM - The Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Van Zandt and Henderson Counties has been cancelled.

3:25 PM - Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Henderson and Anderson Counties until 4:30 p.m. As of 4:10 PM, the warning for Anderson County has been cancelled.

2:46 PM - Severe Thunderstorm Watch expanded to include Anderson County until 10 p.m. Severe Thunderstorm Watch cancelled for Hopkins and Rains Counties.

2:27 PM - Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Henderson County until 3:30 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch that includes several counties in East Texas.

According to the Weather Service, the watch includes Hopkins, Rains, Van Zandt, and Henderson Counties in East Texas as well as other counties until 7 p.m. Hopkins and Rain Counties have been removed from the watch.
