Peltier Auto Group buying out Crown Kia dealerships, company confirms

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - On Tuesday, a representative for Peltier Auto Group confirmed their plans to buy out other local automotive dealerships.

On Tuesday, a Peltier company representative confirmed they have submitted a contract to purchase the Crown Kia dealerships in Tyler and Longview. Peltier currently operates Nissan, Subaru, and Chevrolet dealerships in the city of Tyler. The new dealerships will remain under the Kia franchise when the sale is complete, according to the company.

Company representatives say there is no timeline yet as to when the purchase of the Kia dealerships will be finalized.
