Quitman man pleads guilty to child sexual exploitation

TYLER, TX (KLTV) - A Quitman man has pleaded guilty to two charges accusing him of coercing an underage victim to pose nude for photos.
Daniel Wayne McCormick, 42, entered a guilty plea on Friday at the federal courthouse in Tyler, according to court records.
He faces between 15 to 30 years in prison. A sentencing date has not been set.
According to the text of the indictment, McCormick coerced an underage victim to pose nude for photos. Some of the photos show McCormick touching the victim inappropriately, according to the indictment.
The indictment states McCormick produced 10 different videos between the dates of June 18 and Aug. 17, 2018.
