Season your chicken breasts with seasoning salt and cumin and grill until done. Take the chicken of the grill and lightly cover with your favorite BBQ sauce, two pieces of cooked bacon, and cover with pepperjack cheese. Place in a pre-heated 350°F oven and cook for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Place smothered chicken on a plate and sprinkle with Pico de Gallo.
