High paid coach says, "Not a dime back"

Connecticut coach Jim Calhoun is the seventh men's coach in Division I history to win at least 800 basketball games.

But, it's his press off the court that is gaining national attention.

That's because after a earlier win this month he became angry at a reporter who asked if he was making too much money in the wake of massive state government deficits.

Calhoun told the reporter to "shut-up" and come back when he got some facts. He also told the press corps. that he made over $1.5 million a year, and that his program brought in $12 million for the school.
