Mi Casita's fish tacos


1 large tilapia filet
2 corn tortillas
2 tbsp guacamole
2 tbsp pico de gallo
½ cup chopped green cabbage
1 tsp spicy ranch
salt and pepper

Season tialpia with salt and pepper. Sear tilapia on hot grill. When tilapia is almost finished, warm tortillas on the grill,  and spread guacamole on top of tortillas. When tilapia is ready, place tilapia on the tortillas and move to a plate. Top with cabbabe, spicy ranch and pico.
