He told his parole officer he wasn't going down without a fight. Now, a suspected armed robber is behind bars.

Tyler police say Aaron Lamon Muse was arrested after turning himself in to police.

Muse was featured on KLTV 7's Crimefighter Wanted Board because he was wanted by so many East Texas law enforcement agencies. Just last week we told you that Muse was suspected in robberies spanning at least three East Texas counties.

In fact, on Friday, we showed you the surveillance video released by the Mineola Police Department. Police say Muse is the man behind the black ski mask in the video. Authorities say he walked into the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and stole the cash. Lindale police say Muse is also suspected of robbing the Family Dollar Store on 69 two weeks ago. Police in Athens are also investigating a robbery at the Brookshire's Gas Station in which they believed Muse was involved.

He now faces aggravated robbery charges, as well as aggravated assault charges. Police say it's too early in the investigation to tell if Muse is responsible for any other robberies, but police say Muse did surrender quietly, and is cooperating in their investigation.
