The new year is officially in full swing, which means it's time to start those new year resolutions, many heading to fitness clubs. At places like Impact Fitness in Longview, people are already starting to sign up hoping to take off pounds put on during the holidays. For some it's just a way to get back into good physical condition.
"I want to be able to eat what I want whenever I want, and as a result of that I try to balance that with physical activity by getting to the gym two, or three times a week," said club member Mark Ziegler. As with any fitness program, trainers say it's only beneficial if you maintain an exercise routine.
