Professor Denise Martz expects the toll of the uncertain economy will be like throwing fat onto the fire. She's a professor of psychology who specializes in body image and obesity. She says people often overeat when they're stressed and we're sure stressed.
Martz adds with all the parties it's easy to lose track of how much you're packing away. She suggests people keep a food diary of what they're eating.
