Drivers with Tyler parking tickets have four days to pay, before the city starts adding on late fees.
For months, a computer glitch has kept the city from adding extra fines; therefore, everyone's been charged only $8 dollars a ticket. Some residents have even had money mailed back to them.
But on October 1st, that will change. All tickets not paid within 15 days, will cost drivers $23 dollars a piece.
