Le Peep's Sausage Stars
Makes 4 dozen
Ingredients:
| 1 lb. cooked crumbled sausage, thoroughly drained |
| 1 1/2 cups grated Sharp Cheddar cheese |
| 1 1/2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing |
| 1/2 cup diced red pepper |
| 1 pkg. wonton wrappers (or eggroll wrappers cut in fourths |
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheeses, salad dressing, and red peppers. Store this in a cool place until you are ready to cook.
In a mini-muffin tin, place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup. Lightly spray the tin with cooking spray or oil. Next, Place the muffin-tin in oven for 5-6 minutes until the wrappers are golden brown.
Remove the wrappers from the baking tin and place them on a baking sheet. Last, Fill the baked wrappers with the sausage mixture and bake for 5 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve Warm
