Tyler Police say Robertson robbed an E-Z Mart on Sunday, although he only walked away from that robbery with a small amount of cash and two soft drinks. A warrant was issued after the robbery and he was arrested by patrol officers on a traffic stop.

Investigators say that Robertson is a suspect in the following crimes also committed on Sunday:

  • the attempted robbery of the Jack In The Box at 7:00 pm at 121 NNW Loop 323
  • aggravated assault with a vehicle at 7:30 pm at Erwin and Glenwood

Tyler Police is working on getting arrest warrants for Robertson in these cases.
