Three children reported kidnapped from Lubbock have been safe in Oklahoma and a man they were with is in custody.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 11-year-old Jasmine Bazan was found today with 41-year-old Kenneth Wilcox.
Lubbock police say Wilcox allegedly took Jasmine, 9-year-old Angel Contreras, 15-year-old Lashawnda Theriac and his son over the weekend -- with plans to visit Six Flags Over Texas.
Police say he later left his son off with his ex-wife in Amarillo. Angel and Lashawnda were found safe overnight near Idabel, Okla., after Angel called his father.
Lubbock Police Capt. Greg Stevens says Wilcox and the 11-year-old girl were located in a vehicle in a rural area near Shinewell, Okla.
Wilcox is held on a warrant for aggravated kidnapping. Bond is $750,000.
Stevens says plans are in progress to reunite the three children with their family.
