IRVING, Texas (AP) - Cowboys cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones wasn't in the locker room to address a scuffle with his bodyguard at a Dallas hotel that police are calling a private matter that will not lead to charges.
It was still unclear Thursday how the incident would affect Jones' NFL status.
Jones was fully reinstated in August by commissioner Roger Goodell after the cornerback served a 17-month suspension for an accumulation of arrests and legal problems.
The Cowboys have made no official comments about the matter.
