A Michigan woman has been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison, after her dogs mauled two people to death.
A judge today also ordered Diane Cockrell to pay restitution.
She pleaded no contest last month to two felony counts of keeping dangerous animals causing death, and to a third lesser charge.
Authorities say 4 of her dogs attacked a 91-year-old man in his driveway, and also pounced on a 56-year-old woman who was walking or jogging nearby.
The attacks happened last September near Cockrell's home west of Detroit.
