Power outages should be expected and reported to Oncor at 1-888-313-4747.

You can reach SWEPCO's customer service at 1-888-216-3523.

After the strong winds have passed, Tyler residents can contact the police non-emergency number at (903) 531-1000 if their home is damaged and not habitable.  They will be referred to a local shelter, if needed.

To report price gouging, call the Texas Attorney General at 1-800-252-8011.

Please limit 911 calls to emergencies.  

CR 196 in Noonday (off Hwy 155) has been barricaded by Road & Bridge Dept due to downed power lines.

There are numerous trees and power lines down around Smith County and in the city of Tyler. If you come upon power lines, treat them as though they are live and stay away! Report them to your power company.
