300 special needs evacuees heading home from Tyler Thursday

More than 300 special needs evacuees from Hurricane Gustav, in Tyler, are now on their way home. Three shelters were set up to provide care to medical patients fleeing the storm. Officials say dozens of ambulance drivers spent the night at Harvey Hall, getting ready for today's move.

Ambulances and buses arrived in Tyler overnight. The evacuees began shipping out this morning.
