One east Texan in the NFL decided to use his celebrity to bring American awareness to a country tipping towards recovery after years of civil war.

Liberia.

Washington Redskin Rookie Malcolm Kelly, a former Longview Lobo, is endorsing the international charity of Mercy Ships, based right here in East Texas, as they bring medical care to the struggling nation.
