It was a day of food, fun and education for parents and children Saturday in an annual Longview event. Teaching parents and their children personal safety tips was the priority at the 12th annual "Little Fiends Child Safety Day" at Longview's Maude Cobb activity center. The event was free to the public and more than 30 local organizations participated. Some "safe" clowning around, a puppet show and games were available to help teach the kids about safety while having a good time. Fingerprinting and picture identification was also done for kids in case the child goes missing. Over 500 kids had their photo idenitification and fingerprints put on record in Saturday's event.
